Nick Siniff received his Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from Capital University Law School. He was inducted to the Order of the Curia, which is an honorary legal fraternity. While attending school, Nick participated in the school's legal clinic program where he prosecuted for the city of Hilliard and assisted indigent clients for misdemeanor crimes in the Franklin County Municipal Court.

Nick joined Yavitch and Palmer as an associate attorney in 2009. Prior to joining as an attorney, Nick worked as a law clerk for the firm while he attended law school in the evening.

He concentrates his law practice in the areas of Criminal Defense; DUI; OVI/OMVI; DWI; Domestic Violence; Drivers License Suspension; Driving While Intoxicated; Sex Crimes; Drug Crimes; Parole and Probation Revocations; Traffic Offenses; Appellate Practice; and Sexual Assault.

Nick grew up on the West Side of Columbus and attended Briggs High School. He completed his undergraduate degree at Wittenberg University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. Before pursuing his legal career, Nick worked in the banking arena as a personal banker.
